NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed bids will be received by 酴圖弝け, Mount Laurel, New Jersey for the RCBC Evans Hall Roof Replacement Project at 酴圖弝け, Township of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by CME Associates, 1460 Route 9 South, Howell, New Jersey.
The Work of the Project will be let in a single contract: RFB #26-10
The Project includes the complete replacement of the EPDM roofs along with all other appurtenances at Evans Hall, located at 100 Technology Way, Mt. Laurel, Burlington County, NJ.
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department, or his/her designee, at the 酴圖弝け at 900 College Circle, Evans Hall-Room 180, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, 08054; Attention: Kevin Kerfoot, Chief Financial Officer, until 2 pm (Prevailing Time) on Wednesday, January 07, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter in a conference room located in Evans Hall.
Specifications and other documents constituting the Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of CME Associates, 1460 Route 9 South, Howell, New Jersey, 07731 by coordinating a visit with Peggy Viggiano at PViggiano@cmeusa1.com or (732) 462-7400 ext. 1051.

request, upon payment of a non-refundable charge of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) payable to C紼楚

Bidders are strongly recommended to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the project site, located at Evans Hall, 100 Technology Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ on the RCBC Mt. Laurel campus.
Deadline for bidders questions is until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 5, 2025. Questions shall be
directed to Kevin Kerfoot, CFO of RCBC at purchasing@rcbc.edu and Trevor Taylor, PE, of CME
Associates at ttaylor@cmeusa1.com.
Bids must be in triplicate (1 Original and 2 Copies) on the proposal forms provided and in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and proposal identification on outside, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond drawn to the order of 酴圖弝け for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid; and must be delivered to the above place on or before the hour named. 酴圖弝け assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the dates set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding if it is in the interest of 酴圖弝け to do so.
Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et. Seq. pertaining to County College Contracts Laws.
All bidders are placed on notice that they are required to comply with all requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 through 10:5-38) and all duly adopted Affirmative Action Regulations (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
All bidders shall comply with The New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act P.L. 1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25, et. Seq.) and The Public Works Contractor Registration Act P.L. 1999 c.238. Certificate of Compliance issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor shall be submitted with bid.
In addition, and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.17, each bid must be accompanied by a Certificate from a Surety Company stating it will provide each bidder with separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum.
If the bid exceeds $20,000.00, the bidder must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, prior to the date that bids are received. Any bid submitted under the terms of New Jersey Statutes not including a copy of valid and active Prequalification/Classification Certificate will be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements.
All bidders shall comply with (P.L.2004, c57) Business Registration Act and proof of their registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, shall be submitted with bid.
Respondents are advised of their responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 (P.L.2005, c.271, s.3). - All bid/proposals must be returned to the colleges business operations office prior to the closing date and time.
- The college assumes no responsibility for any bid/proposal mailed or misdirected in delivery. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure the college receives the bid/proposal.
- Late bid/proposals will not be accepted or considered by the college.
