NOTICE ROWAN COLLEGE AT BURLINGTON COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CURRICULUM AND CATALOG MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE RFP-Q#26-09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by酴圖弝け, 900 College Circle, Evans Hall Rm. 180, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, for the request for qualifications titled CURRICULUM AND CATALOG MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, RFP-Q#26-09, and in accordance with the requirements of the specifications included in the package. The contract will be awarded in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5(1) and will be three (3) years in duration.

Our address is 酴圖弝け, Purchasing Department, 900 College Circle, Evans Hall Rm. 180, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, and our hours of operation are between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Proposals must be in triplicate (1 original and 1 copy, PLUS 1 USB flash drive) provided in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside of the envelope the name and number of the proposal, as well as the name and address of the Proposer.
Deadline for questions is Thursday, July 17, 2025, by 2 pm.
Proposals for the above will be received by 酴圖弝け, Purchasing Department, located at 900 College Circle, Evans Hall Rm. 180, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, until 2:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time) on Thursday, July 31, 2025 and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
Proposals and Submissions shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et seq., pertaining to the County College Contracts Law.
The College reserves the right to conduct interviews and other activities related to the qualifications of the Firm.
All Proposers shall comply with (P.L. 2004, c57) Business Registration Act and proof of their Registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, shall be submitted with Proposal.
All Proposers are advised of their responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 (P.L.2005, c.271, s.3). - Most bids/proposals (with the exception of construction projects) may be picked up at the 酴圖弝け in Evans Hall room 180 on the Mount Laurel Campus, located at 900 College Circle, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Bids for construction projects are available for review and pickup at the project architects office, which is listed in the bid advertisement. Plans and specifications may also be reviewed at the colleges business operations office.
- All bid/proposals must be returned to the colleges business operations office prior to the closing date and time.
- The college assumes no responsibility for any bid/proposal mailed or misdirected in delivery. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure the college receives the bid/proposal.
- Late bid/proposals will not be accepted or considered by the college.
- The college will not accept any bid/proposal that is not an original, with original signatures.
- The college will not accept email or fax responses.
- Information posted online is NOT an actual bid/proposal package. You must email or call the appropriate number for a bid/proposal package.
- When submitting email requests, you must enter the bid/proposal number in the subject heading. A follow-up phone call is encouraged for expediting requests.
