Please note that the Test Center is by appointment only. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis. Seating is limited. Priority is given to students with accommodations through the .

All exams will be collected no later than closing time, regardless of the length of the exam.

Students with accommodations must make an appointment with the test center to take their exam.
- Students MUST present the test center with their accommodations letter from The Office of Student Support via email or in person PRIOR to making a testing appointment.
- To make an appointment,please login to , click Other Applications and click on the Schedule a Test tile.
- Once the test is available, students will receive an email for any available exams to their RCBC student email account with instructions on how to schedule their appointment.
- When students arrive at the test center, they must bring their RCBC student ID card.

- Registration for the TEAS exam is done through the .
- Administration of the ATI-TEAS exam requires the candidate to know (and have handy) their login information for their ATI-TEAS account. Without this information, the candidate will be unable to test.
- Please note the TEAS exam will be required for admissions to the RCBC nursing program. For more information please review the Applying for the Program section of the .
- We also administer this exam for other institutions that require the TEAS exam for acceptance into their nursing programs.

- MEAZURE provides testing and training design, development, and delivery services to certification and licensure organizations, corporations, educational institutions, government agencies, and trade and professional associations.

- CLEP exams may be taken for college credit toward certain courses.
- CLEP exams require a valid government-issued photo ID.
- CLEP Fee is $93 and can be paid directly to CLEP by registering for an account at My Account Portal.
Two tests may be taken during one session. Two forms of identification are preferred for admittance to the test session; bring at least one form of photo ID. Cell phones of any kind are not permitted. Please report for your exam at least 15 minutes early so that you may be checked in on time. - Prior to your appointment print 3 copies of the CLEP Proctor Fee Form. One for the Student Accounts, the second for the Testing Center and the third for yourself. The day of your exam, first go to the Student Accounts Cashier Window located on the second floor of the Student Success Center to pay the $45 proctor fee. Then bring the form with you to the Testing Center in Evans Hall.

- The ParaPro exam may be required for prospective teacher’s aides and other paraprofessionals.
- The ParaPro exam itself costs $55. There is an additional proctor fee of $60 payable to RCBC.
- Payments will need to be made on the day of the exam using a debit/credit card.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for ParaPro testing.
- Prior to your appointment print 3 copies of the ParaPro Proctor Fee Form. One for Student Accounts, the second for the Testing Center and the third for yourself. The day of your exam, first go to the Student Accounts Cashier Window located on the second floor of the Student Success Center to pay the $60 proctor fee. Then bring the form with you to the Testing Center in Evans Hall.

- Prospective teachers may be required to take PRAXIS exams for licensure.
- You must register for PRAXIS exams ahead of time through ETS.
- A valid government issued photo ID is required for PRAXIS testing.
- The RCBC Test Center requests that testers bring in printed-out copies of their admission tickets. This is a requested document for all PRAXIS exams to ensure the Test Center has accurate candidate data in addition to the online confirmation.
External tests are proctored by the Test Center to students who attend other Colleges or Universities. There is a fee for this service. The RCBC Test Center must have contact with your professor in order to make an appointment.

- I acknowledge that I must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to my scheduled exam time to allow for check-in and security processing. I further acknowledge that if I am late to my appointment, it will be at the discretion of the Test Center Staff and the Exam Sponsor if I will be able to take my exam. If the Test Center cannot accommodate me upon my late arrival, I will be required to reschedule my appointment to a later date.
- I acknowledge that I will be required to bring a valid photo identification with me to the test center at the time of my appointment, and that if I am unable to show valid photo identification my appointment will be rescheduled. The physical card must be available for inspection. Examples of Acceptable forms of ID are listed below.

- I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to communicate and coordinate with both the testing center and my instructor to ensure that I can use the test center to take my exam.
- I acknowledge that I must make an appointment for my exam at least 24 hours in advance of when I would like to take my exam.
- I acknowledge that the Test Center administers exams according to the perimeters set forth by my instructor when the exam is submitted, and that the Test Center cannot make any exceptions to those perimeters without written consent from my professor.
- I acknowledge that if I need to retake an exam, or take an exam outside of the allowed testing window, I must contact my instructor to have the test extended or to make other arrangements.
- I acknowledge that regardless of the length of time that has been allotted for the exam or any accommodations that I have been given, ALL exams will end no later than close of business. I will not be given any time past the close of business of the Test Center.
- I acknowledge that only testing candidates will be allowed in the testing room. Children may not be left unattended in any part of the college.
- I acknowledge that my exam will be scanned to my instructor upon completion and that it is my responsibility to write dark enough on the exam that the instructor will be able to read my responses.
- I acknowledge that hats and head coverings (except for religious purposes) are not permitted in the testing room. All hats and head coverings must be removed and stored in a locker. Religious head coverings will be subject to inspection prior to entering the testing room. Hooded Sweatshirts are also not permitted in the testing room.
- I acknowledge that I will not be permitted to have any electronic devices in the testing room. All electronic devices that are brought to the testing center must be stored in a locker. This includes laptops, iPads, cellphones, vapes, and fitness trackers.
- I acknowledge that I will not be permitted any personal belongings in the testing room. All personal belongings that are brought to the test center must be stored in a locker. This includes backpacks, purses, and pencil cases. I further acknowledge that Test Center staff are not responsible for my personal belongings.
- I acknowledge that I will not be permitted any food or drink including water in the testing room.
The Test Center charges a proctoring fee for some exams. These fees are payable to RCBC at the time of the appointment. Please check the heading of the exam you wish to take to see if a fee will be charged.
You must verify with the receiving school that scores will be accepted.
In order to transfer Accuplacer scores you received at RCBC to another college please fill out the Assessment Score Transfer Request form and take it along with the $10 processing fee, to the Cashier's Office at the Mount Laurel campus. Once the fee has been paid, please bring the form to the Test Center. Your scores will be sent out in five to seven business days.
