Student Accounts offers a variety of payment options

Steps to pay online with a credit/debit card or electronic check (web ACH):
  • Login to your account.
  • Select the "Self-Service" tile.
  • Select the "Payment Options and Account Management" link on the Self-Service page to do the following:
    • Make a payment.
    • Enroll in a payment plan.
    • Establish a saved / recurring payment method.
    • Establish an eRefund account (direct deposit for student refunds).
    • Manage their personal profile communication information (personal email contact and text message contact).
    • Establish an authorized user so that parents or guardians or others can manage payments and payment plans (does not provide access to academic information).
  • Select the "Student Finance" link on the Self-Service page to view and/or print RCBC student account statements.

Cost to Participate
  • $25 to enroll (non-refundable)
  • $35 returned payment fee if a payment is returned unpaid

Checks or money orders may be mailed to the college. The student ID number should be included on the check along with a mailing address and phone number. We suggest including the semester/term that the payment is intended for. Payments can be made in-person by check or cash. Checks should be made payable to RCBC (»Æ¹ÏÊÓÆµ).
