2030 Goals
• Objective 1.1: Create a seamless start-to-graduation pathway by integrating onboarding, updated and accessible student resources, and vibrant curricular and co-curricular opportunities that are supported by responsive systems and effective technology.
• Objective 1.2: Embed credentialing and career-readiness content into academic programs while ensuring high academic standards that prepare students for continuing their education or entry into the workforce.
• Objective 1.3: Use data tools including analytics, surveys, and engagement tracking to anticipate student needs, guide targeted interventions, and continually improve support for diverse learner populations.
• Objective 2.1: Ensure that face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses are affordable, flexible, inclusive, and accessible with schedules, resources, and support services that empower students.
• Objective 2.2: Monitor course performance and student feedback for part-time, low-income, adult, and first-generation students to shape targeted supports, guide faculty and staff development, and align resources and funding opportunities.
• Objective 2.3: Assess and strengthen advising, financial aid, and other supports to help students meet their individual goals across traditional and non-traditional pathways.
