Matthew Farr

Matthew Farr serves as Chief Operating Officer at »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ, where he provides strategic leadership for facilities operations, construction and planning, logistics, risk management, distribution operations, and auxiliary services. He works closely with teams across the college to ensure campus environments are safe, welcoming, efficient, and well-equipped to support student success.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in New Jersey higher education, Matthew brings expertise in operations management, capital planning, budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that have improved operational efficiency, modernized business processes, and strengthened organizational effectiveness. Before joining RCBC's executive leadership team, he held key administrative and operational roles at The College of New Jersey and in the private sector, building extensive experience in procurement, facilities, and vendor management.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Marketing from Clemson University. He is committed to fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, helping create an environment where students, faculty, and staff have the resources they need to succeed.
