Greg Volpe
Greg Volpe leads a talented, award-winning marketing and communications team at RCBC, a data-driven unit that promotes the college through various internal and external media channels.
Volpe modernized the college’s marketing efforts, transitioning primarily to digital marketing ahead of many of its peers in the mid-2010s, improving advertising efficiency and effectiveness. He rebranded the former Burlington County College to RCBC, helped launch the 3+1 transfer pathway that has saved students more than $36 million, and managed communications surrounding the college’s transition to the Mount Laurel Campus.
Integrating fun and unusual strategies such as jigsaw puzzles, gratitude boxes, and mascots with modern media, Volpe strives to maximize stakeholder engagement and enjoyment in storytelling.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The College of New Jersey and has previously worked as a journalist, earning the N.J. Press Association’s First Amendment award twice for uncovering government corruption.
